Organise projects into folders
In beta · Apply to test it free
Press the folder button above your project list, name the folder and press Create. Move a project in with its menu's Move to, or by dragging it onto the folder. Click a folder to open it and All projects to go back. Deleting a folder keeps its projects.
Make a folder
At the top level of your project list, press the folder button at the right of Projects (New Folder). Type a name in Folder name and press Create. Two folders cannot share a name.
Folders sit at the top of the list in name order, each showing how many projects it holds. There is one level: a folder cannot hold another folder.
Move projects in and out
- Right-click a project, or press its … button, and choose Move to: pick a folder, No Folder to take it out, or New Folder… to make one and move the project into it.
- Or drag a project onto a folder. Inside a folder, drag a project onto All projects at the top to take it out.
Moving a project does not change when it was last edited.
Open a folder
Click it. The list shows its projects, most recently edited first, and the heading becomes the folder's name. A new project you make while a folder is open goes into it. Click All projects to go back.
Rename or delete a folder
Right-click the folder, or press its … button, and choose Rename Folder… or Delete Folder…. Deleting a folder deletes no projects: Rooster says how many it holds, and they go back to the top level of your library.
Search
The sidebar's search looks through every folder at once. See Find words in the script, and across projects.
