Choose Help, then Manage Subscription. It opens Creem's customer portal in your browser: sign in with the email address you bought with, and Creem sends you a link. There you can cancel a subscription, change the card it is billed to, or find an order. The link in your receipt opens the same portal.
Rooster is sold through Creem, which runs the checkout, bills subscriptions and emails your receipt. So what you bought is managed at Creem's customer portal, not inside Rooster: the app only opens the page.
Open the customer portal
- In Rooster, choose Help > Manage Subscription. The portal's sign-in page opens in your browser.
- Enter the email address you bought with. Creem emails you a link.
- Open the link to see your orders and subscriptions.
The link in your receipt from Creem opens the same portal. Help > Manage Subscription is in Rooster 0.9.2 and later; on an earlier version, update Rooster or use the receipt.
What you can do there
- Cancel a subscription. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged.
- Change the card a subscription is billed to.
- Find an order, including a lifetime licence. A lifetime licence is a single payment, so it has no subscription to cancel.
Your licence key is in the receipt email from Creem; keep it. Rooster does not ask for it yet. A coming update asks for your licence key. What happens when a subscription ends, once Rooster checks licences, is on the pricing page.
